With a degree in Communications from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Psychology – I have been working with people in business and education for over 25 years.  For the last ten years I have been devoted to Home Buyer Education to help people avoid Predatory lending, and emotional purchases.  I got involved in Real Estate so that I could be of assistance to people like me, who want the information, want the truth, and want to make informed decisions.  Getting a home of your own is an important step in your life!   I love teaching people what to look for in a good investment, and how to relax and take it a step at a time.  You want to find a home that you love, that is also a wise investment.  You're using both sides of the brain! It’s an emotional as well as a very practical process: you want to have someone on your side pointing out any possible problems to watch out for.  Someone who knows the market, knows construction, and knows Real Estate law.

 

My business works largely by referral: many clients who have worked with me send their family and friends to work with me as well.    They know that I am responsive to their needs and work hard on their behalf.    I have been selling residential Real Estate in the Seattle market for twelve years now, successfully.   I love to teach people about the process, to demystify the whole thing.
